What can your child practice at home?
-write first name- in all caps for now -short vowel words and sight words -count numbers to 50 -count by fives -write numbers 0-10 -letters and sounds -taking turns and sharing -tying shoes -listen when an adult speaks -follow directions the first time -use manners -respond when an adult speaks to you- say hello or good morning, for example. -Smile!
Parents: If you would like to help our class in the library on Friday mornings, Mrs. Simpson would love it! We have library time from 8:15-8:45 on Fridays.
